On April 7th, we held our latest Baba-Mama Club event in Dunaföldvár, focusing on the importance of immune support (Alpikol syrup) and the role of probiotics (Active Flora baby+) in children’s health. In addition, we discussed two key products: Tyrosur, which is especially relevant as summer approaches, and Esprico, as some mothers in the group are raising children affected by ADHD.
The event was a great success — many mothers attended and showed strong interest in the discussion. Based on the feedback, it was especially valuable for them to engage in an open, honest, and relaxed environment, where they felt safe to ask questions without any taboos.
These gatherings are incredibly valuable for us as well. It’s a rare opportunity to speak directly with end-users, hear firsthand what their real needs and concerns are, and learn how we can support them in their everyday decisions. While professional partners are essential, reaching families is equally important — after all, they are the ones using the products. Their trust and feedback are the most vital foundations for building a brand’s credibility.
The greatest compliment came at the end, when participants asked: “When will the next event be, and what will it be about?”
